Images found here (not including Moments) can be used for your work WITH FULL CREDIT VISIBLE. Usage for your own or other people's image galleries are a NO-NO. As in you CAN NOT use them for gallery purposes. They were merely meant to be stared at.

Moments in the Moment Gallery MAY NOT be taken for any reason, including personal usage. This gallery is for viewing purposes ONLY and it is also a place of my work where I can look back onto it one day and say to myself, "How much I have improved." :P

Those who fail to follow these terms will be in lots of trouble. Stealing from a site is a bad thing and can be punished. I know which scans are mine and which screenshots are mine. So taking them and claiming them won't do you any good. I surf the internet almost 24/7 and even if your site is a little one, it won't be long til I find it and get you in trouble.
