By downloading wallpapers and view through this site, you hereby allow Ayumi Nemoto to change these Terms when deemed neccessary without (prior) notice. The following rules are expected from you, the visitor, to follow:
- Do not take anything off this site without permission. Ask first. Most of my works found here are served as portfolio purposes and should not be hosted, used, altered, derived, distributed, re-created, and claimed elsewhere.
You are plagerizing if you take any works from this site and place them onto another site.
- Other/Guest Artist's artworks that are found on this site belongs to the respective artist. All artists who choose to allow Clyne Faction to host up their work and sell have already given permission to Ayumi Nemoto.
- Wallpapers are for your desktop ONLY. These wallpapers for your enjoyment, not to upload onto another site.
- Do not use any of the works found here your graphic/art bases. None of these works, wallpapers and literature especially, are not meant to be used as cropped avatars, or layouts of your site and webpage.
- Quote if you are using work from this site and credit. Titles of poems, names and short phrases can be re-used as they are not copyrighted. Literature such as poems and updates needs to be "quoted" when used otherwise it will be plagerism.
- None of the artworks found here are meant to offend anyone. As Artists, we intend to put a new/our perspective on to our art
- Under copyright, idea cannot be copyrighted but anything found on this site that has a tangible form (artwork and literature) are copyrighted.
- Do not reproduce or make copies. That is not only plagerism but infringing copyrights.
- Under no circumstances can any artwork (besides teh original author/artist) may claim, alter, upload, distribute, derive, sell, reproduce and steal any of the works found on clynefacton.net.
