Privacy and Security is important to us. In order to mail, we are asking for your real name and address. None of the information you give will be given to a third party.
We are not responsible for stolen or loss items after the receival of the postal office (shipping, mailing, etc.). We will not replace items because of it.
We use Canada Post's Ground and Airmail services for our shipping. Items may take from two weeks to six weeks. We are not responsible for any delays or unexpectancy during the mailing/shipping process. Please email us to discuss another shipping method, if prefer faster services.
We choose to use these methods as it will provide a less expensive method to ship to our customers. By using these methods, we cannot provide you a tracking method as it does not come with one. Please email us to discuss other shipping method. We've used this method for over a year
and it has provided reliable.

Our basic Shipping rates are the same worldwide. Because we only sell prints, accessories and doll clothes, we charge by range as items are estimated around the same weight.

We accept Paypal and Money Order. If purchasing using International Money Order (the pink one) please send the order via email at ayumi@clynefaction.net and indicate your payment method. It will take a week to verify the payment before we send off your order.
Once verified, we ship within 5 business days. If there is any unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately.
When ordering via email please include the follow information: Your Name, Your shipping address, the item Code and Quantity and method of payment. You have 14 days to make sure that the Money Order gets to us otherwise we will cancel your order.

| Exchange and Returns |
|
We will evaluate each situation differently. Doll Clothes, Limited Edition, Custom Face-ups and Special Sales are all FINAL Sales. Refunds require 15% restock fee and customer pays the shipping fees. Again, Exchange will be evaluated on each situations. Please notify us as soon as possible.
